Join our Chef-Patron, Lee Bye and his team in November for a fabulous opportunity to prepare and cook a specially designed fish lunch at our award winning restaurant.  This course is an absolute must for any amateur cooks.  Lee will offer practical advice and a range of techniques such as skinning, boning and filleting.  The day is relaxed, informal and fun with a sumptuous lunch.


The package includes a half day (10am – 3pm) tutorial with lunch and an exclusive Tuddenham Mill apron to take home, from £120pp
