An evening celebrating the best of British produce – join us at the Mill on Thursday 15th August for a seafood culinary experience. An elegant paring of seafood with Gusbourne sparkling wine, presented by Neil Irvine from Gusbourne who will talk about the history and story of the famous English wine.

 

½ Cornish lobster, salsa verde

Scottish scallops, chorizo jam and lemon

Cornish sardines, English tomato chutney

Mersea oysters, hot & cold

Cornish mackerel with pomegranate and coriander

Foil baked Scottish hake, wild herbs, butter sauce

Salads, potatoes, baked breads

 

£75.00 per guest, inclusive of all food and wines.
