Following a recent AA inspection, Tuddenham Mill, the restaurant and boutique hotel between Bury St Edmunds and Newmarket, has again been awarded a coveted three AA Rosettes for Culinary Excellence and retained its Four Stars at the Silver level.

What does it mean to offer three aa rosette dining?

According to the AA; ‘Outstanding restaurants that achieve standards that demand national recognition well beyond their local area. The cooking will be underpinned by; the selection and sympathetic treatment of the highest quality ingredients, Timing, seasoning and the judgment of flavour combinations will be consistently excellent. These virtues will tend to be supported by other elements such as intuitive service and a well-chosen wine list. Around 10% of the restaurants/hotels with an AA Rosette have three Rosettes and above.’

To retain our three rosettes and four silver stars demonstrate our dedication to delivering an impeccable guest experience. It is at the heart of everything we do and we are delighted the AA has recognised this once again.

”Our 21 stylish bedrooms, including loft suites and meadow nooks blend contemporary design with luxurious furnishings. And because we’re situated in a stunning, tranquil rural location with easy access to the A14, Tuddenham Mill is popular with foodies seeking a picturesque and sophisticated break.
