Our Chef Patron Lee Bye and his talented team take the best local, seasonal ingredients and turn them into something inventively wonderful. Food miles? In many cases we’re talking food metres - much of what we serve is plucked from the Tuddenham Mill gardens, fresh every day. We love working with the best produce the region has to offer; it gives our food a real Suffolk identity that you won’t find anywhere else.
